Introductory personal training sessions are part of your membership.
Our trainers will listen to you and design a step by step cardio, strength and stretching program that can help you change your body and lift your spirits. We will find out what motivates you and then will set realistic goals.
When you join, a trainer will conduct a fitness assessment and will evaluate your fitness level. From there she will customize an individualized program that is geared to provide the best results at your level of fitness.
